Guardian  One time Metro free sheet foodie journo, Marina o Loughlin revisits a favourite.  Will Iberica Farringdon, part of what was a little restaurant group, now morphing into a chain, suffer under the stiffling cost conscious  hand of boring  corporate accountancy?. The answer, she joyously proclaims, is no. It's still a fun place, is her conclusion, the staff are as charming as ever, the food as fine as before, while the acorn-fed hams can still be classed, "unmissable". Phew! But what about next time?
