Brodie's Beers, King William IV

Brodie’s and its pub outlet the William VI have been around since 2008. They run  two other pubs in central London,The Old Coffee House in Beak Street Soho and The Cross Keys, near Covent Garden. Brodie’s output has been described as‘relentless and experimental’. They constantly innovate, tweak, and develop new recipes.

On The Road Again

This year, for the 36th time, over a thousand farmer winemakers from accross France's multiferious winemaking regions, will engage in what is now an annual prilgrimage round the major cities of Lille, Lyon and Paris.These small producers, most of whom work small family owned farms, will have spent the earlier part of the year in the arduous task of growing and harvasting their grapes, then, between them, they will have producd a vast and varied range of artisan wines. Not only table wines, but numerous variations on the theme of grape fermentation, distillation and blending. come November they take to the road, marketing and selling their abundant harvest. Hunderds of thousands of French city dwellers will respond. Yet this is not simply  a wine event but an exceptional traveling farmer market.
